Promotion and Communications Manager at 70%
Your mission and responsibilities
- Ensure the promotion and communication of the service in accordance with objectives.
- Lead and manage the relevant staff.
- Manage, produce and supervise event, promotional actions and media relations.
- Establish the communication and promotion report of the service.
- Research, monitor, propose and deploy the evolution of promotion and communication means to raise public awareness of the service’s activities and missions.
- Manage and monitor the budget allocated to communication and promotion.
Your profile
- Hold a bachelor’s degree and additional training in communication.
- Have at least 5 years’ experience in promotion and communication.
- Master communication tools such as Creative Suite, InDesign and Photoshop, as well as website updates (DRUPAL).
- Have good knowledge of the French language orally and possess strong writing skills.
- Know the functioning of a public administration and the Geneva cultural networks.
- Demonstrate interpersonal skills, diplomacy and resilience to stress.
- Show initiative and know how to create synergies to ensure group adherence.
