The Municipal Central and Printing Office (CMAI) applies a municipal policy for supplies and services in compliance with current regulations, particularly regarding public procurement, and integrating sustainable development principles. To complete the unit's team, the CMAI is looking for an 80% Project Section Manager.Your mission and responsibilities- Take part in the management of the department, lead, supervise, and oversee the project section team.- Pilot, coordinate, and control the implementation of projects in the project section portfolio for the entire municipality, in compliance with current directives and laws.- Manage and organize the entire process for the project(s) under your charge, and guarantee compliance with laws, regulations, and directives applicable to all municipal services.- Ensure a role of advice, methodological assistance, and support for internal municipal stakeholders as well as external stakeholders.Profile- Hold a master's degree in the field of specialization or equivalent qualification.- Demonstrate expertise in the field of public procurement and project management.- Justify solid experience in managing public procurement in Switzerland.- Benefit from experience in leading and supervising teams.- Possess excellent analytical and communication skills.- Knowledge of the functioning of public administration constitutes an asset.Application procedureApplication deadline:Start date:Job classification: Class M, salary scaleThe application file must contain the following elements:- Cover letter- Curriculum vitae or, failing that, a completed Job Application form (to be downloaded from our website)- Copies of diplomas and work certificatesFollow-up of applicationsFor the City of Geneva, the recruitment process is decentralized.
