On behalf of one of our clients, a recognized player in the world of high jewelry, and as part of the development of its activities, we are looking for:Project ManagerFunction:Activity rate: 100%Type of contract: Indefinite durationStart date: Ideally August 15 or to be agreed uponWorkplace: GenevaYour role:Within a human-sized structure of fewer than 10 people, you will be responsible for the management and monitoring of high jewelry projects. You will act as the interface between internal teams, partners, and suppliers to ensure the smooth running of projects at each stage of their development.The main responsibilities related to this position include:- Manage high jewelry projects in their entirety, ensuring the coordination of internal teams and external partners from launch to delivery.- Manage the procurement and monitoring of precious stones, ensuring their availability, traceability, as well as rigorous management of stocks and internal flows.- Coordinate partners, subcontractors, and workshops and ensure the monitoring of projects from production to the delivery of pieces.- Ensure the monitoring, allocation, and reporting of costs to the various projects.- Guarantee the reliability and monitoring of all project data, stocks, flows, and costs in the ERP system.Profile sought:- You have at least 5 years of experience in managing complex projects, ideally within an environment of high jewelry, jewelry, watchmaking, or a production industry.- You hold a GIA (Gemological Institute of America) certification.- Mastery of English (minimum level C1).- Excellent command of ERP software.In addition, you:- Demonstrate a good team spirit.- Are meticulous and pay great attention to detail.- Have a good sense of aesthetics.- Possess an entrepreneurial spirit and demonstrate an excellent sense of organization and priority management.We offer:- A position with responsibilities within a small team.- Enriching, varied work in a world of excellence.- Excellent working conditions and social benefits.Interested persons, of Swiss nationality or holding a valid permit, must send their complete application file with a cover letter, CV, copies of diplomas, and work certificates.
