The company guarantees nearly 220,000 users high-quality, local services in internet, telephony, and television. Under the "net+" brand, eleven partner companies (cable distributors, multimedia-multiservice operators) market these products.

To ensure the quality of technical developments, we are looking for a Project Manager.

Your mission:

You contribute to the implementation of innovative solutions tailored to our clients’ expectations. As a true interface between teams and processes (management, business, and support), you manage projects related to the evolution and development of products for our residential and business segments.

You lead project meetings and ensure communication while coordinating the actions of stakeholders within time and budget constraints. Additionally, you foster a team spirit with a vision of collaboration and mutual support.

Your key challenges:

In an ecosystem where technical complexity is the norm, you rely on ISO processes, an essential framework for the reliability and scalability of our solutions.

• Management: You initiate projects, monitor them, and produce regular reports. Your indicators (deadlines, budgets, risks) are decision-making tools. From defining milestones to coordinating work packages, you manage the entire workflow.
• Analysis: You translate business needs by developing functional specifications.
• Quality: You orchestrate and actively participate in testing and acceptance phases, ensuring documentation supports the sustainability of operation and support.

Your profile:

We seek a hybrid profile, capable of communicating with IT engineers while presenting commercial challenges.

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science (or equivalent)
• Proven management of cross-functional and software projects
• Mastery of Agile and traditional environments (backlog tools)
• Team spirit and ability to unite
• Ability to transform technical complexity into clear solutions, with proactivity and a sense of responsibility
• Fluent French, technical English proficiency, and excellent interpersonal skills.
