Project ManagerSpeno SA is a company specialized in the design, development, construction, and sale of special trains for re-profiling rails in regular track and switch devices worldwide. We are looking for a: Project Manager (M/F)Residence in SwitzerlandMissionsIn this context, you will join a small team of Project Managers and undertake responsibilities and activities as part of your work. You will be in charge of technical projects and will be called upon to develop and maintain transversal links with external partners, various internal and external areas of expertise (mechanics, hydraulics, electrical…), as well as different departments of the company (logistics, production…) and with the preliminary studies for new subsystems and complete machines. You will initiate and supervise the definition of subsystems, existing products/machines, and complete machines along with their acceptance by the internal client. You will manage the various aspects of technical projects, including assembly, commissioning, budget, and deadlines, independently.You will provide the necessary technical support to the various departments of the company.ExperienceEngineering degree from a technical school or university in mechanical, electrical, or equivalent field. Experience in the railway sector (rolling stock and track), construction machines, special vehicles, etc., is desired. Experience in the management and execution of projects concerning unique machines developed and produced in an international context is also required. You are German-speaking or perfectly bilingual in French/German, with very good knowledge of English and French.Your ProfileYou are willing, proactive, and good-natured, and you enjoy moving things forward independently.
