Position summary
We are actively looking for a highly motivated and skilled Project Manager with a background in Reservoir Engineering. As Project Manager, you will play a pivotal role in delivering successful energy consulting projects, collaborating with a multidisciplinary team, and ensuring our clients receive outstanding support. Additionally, you will be responsible for contributing to technical work within the projects.
Responsibilities :
Manage energy consulting projects, from inception to completion, ensuring they meet quality, budget, and timeline requirements.
Work closely with clients to understand their needs, provide expert advice, and build strong relationships.
Collaborate with engineers, geoscientists, and other professionals to define fit-for-purpose solutions enabling project success.
Perform project risk assessment and develop mitigation plans.
Monitor project progress, budget, and resources to ensure successful delivery.
Prepare and present project reports to clients and company leadership.
Stay updated on industry trends, technologies, and regulations to ensure the highest level of expertise.
Utilize your technical expertise to contribute to the technical aspects of the projects, such as subsurface models, reservoir performance and production data analysis, reservoir development planning and optimisation, asset integrated production models, depending on your background.
Provide technical guidance to project teams and ensure the implementation of best practices.
Contribute to business development initiatives.
Knowledge, Skills, Experience and Attribute :
Master's degree or higher in Petroleum Engineering or Subsurface Energy Engineering.
Minimum 12 years of relevant experience in the energy sector and proven track record in project management.
Very strong project management skills and proficiency with project management tools and methodologies.
Strong stakeholder management and problem-solving skills
A proven track record of leading multi-disciplinary teams across time zones through communication, teamwork, and cultural awareness.
Proficiency in English (written and spoken).
Strong analytical and technical skills related to the energy consulting sector.
Willingness to mentor and support junior team members.
