Wagner System AG takes on the task of manufacturing functional and high-quality sheet metal components efficiently and precisely. Our brand stands for a wide range of frames, window and parapet sills, substructure systems, as well as custom-made sheet metal solutions from our own Swiss production.

To strengthen our team, we are looking for a committed individual for work preparation.

Work location: Willisau and Jegenstorf

Your tasks

• Measurement of metal and sheet metal components on construction sites (throughout Switzerland)
• Creation of production documents and technical documentation (including CAD & CAM)
• Coordination and alignment with back office / order processing
• Ensuring a smooth transition from measurement to planning
• Participation in the further development of work preparation processes and standards

Your profile

• Technical basic training, ideally in construction or metal construction
• Further training in technology, planning or work preparation
• Experience in work preparation or project management
• Good French skills in spoken and written form for professional communication with customers, suppliers and internal contacts
• Willingness to travel throughout Switzerland for measurements, project meetings and technical clarifications on site
• CAD knowledge, ideally TopSolid, is an advantage
• Structured, independent and solution-oriented working style
• High sense of responsibility and team spirit
