On behalf of one of our clients, based in Geneva, we are looking for a Project Manager (M/F)

Your future responsibilities:

• You supervise tenders and negotiations with companies.
• You prepare calls for tenders, monitor construction sites and the financial follow-up of the projects entrusted to you.
• You manage your teams and ensure compliance with current standards in terms of technology, safety and the environment.
• You plan work.
• You lead a team of one or more site managers depending on the size of the project.
• You maintain close relations with the authorities and the Client.
• You receive the work until the removal of reservations.

Your profile:

• You have a higher education in construction.
• You have a proven experience of at least 5 years in a similar position within a general/total company in Switzerland. Project from A to Z.
• You know how to manage projects by setting priorities for your Mandatories/Clients/Subcontractors.
• You have good knowledge of SIA, AEAI standards and regulations regarding occupational safety. Good knowledge of housing regulations (RGL ...) is also desirable.
• You master office IT tools, design, cost study and planning software (Messerti, Ms Project, Autocad, ...).
