Our technical building management team (GTB) manages digital heating and HVAC projects from study to implementation for medium to large buildings, such as shopping centers, hotel buildings, mansion houses, currently counting 45 employees, thus bringing together a unique and recognized multidisciplinary expertise. High-performance CAD tools (system X in collaboration with the internal R&D team) enable finding modern and effective solutions to the most complex problems. A team of technicians/regulators ensures on-site commissioning and you will be responsible for managing digital projects in the field of HVAC using performance tools in particular to progressively ensure the following tasks (mainly with systems): project management MCR, analyze and understand needs, study and define a tuning solution, participate in its costing, design electrical schematics for the control of technical systems, manage suppliers and subcontractors (electrical panel), design and implement functions on graphical system X, guide technicians/regulators during the commissioning phases, design interactive supervision screens, digital commissioning, integrate the tuning of third-party systems via buses such as BACnet, ModBus, M-Bus, individual IRC, supervise and optimize control loops and the dynamic behaviors of your systems according to needs and manage interventions of tuning technicians, participate in our on-call service in rotation (handling emergencies, no on-site intervention). You are rigorous, autonomous, with a spirit of assistance and constant self-questioning, with a willingness to integrate into a dynamic team. You have already experienced the development of tuning loops (P, PI, PID) and electrical schematics, you are fully aware of the operation of the main measuring and control devices used in the HVAC world (heating, ventilation).
