You will lead medium and long-term investment projects while coordinating preventive maintenance and interventions. In this role, you will have the opportunity to work closely with engineering managers and site managers at Nestlé, as well as a large network of external partners involved in the technical infrastructures. A day in the life of a Project Manager & Maintenance - Lead projects (study, budget, execution, reception) in collaboration with stakeholders. - Plan, coordinate, and supervise maintenance interventions (preventive/corrective) and technical shutdowns. - Ensure safety, compliance, and risk management during interventions (SHE, work permits). - Manage tenders, performance tracking, receptions, and quality of works. - Ensure documentation follow-up and management of technical data (plans, procedures, histories, KPIs) in the CMMS. - Continuously analyze recurring breakdowns, propose and deploy improvement actions based on technical knowledge, share experiences and advice with the SWS team as well as other services, and follow up on actions with partners that will contribute to your success. Required Qualifications - Confirmed experience in building maintenance and multi-technical interventions. - Planning and management of maintenance (preventive/corrective), CMMS experience. - Experience in project management: scoping, budgeting, planning, follow-up, reception. - Management of quality, safety, and performance. - Analytical skills, follow-up of KPIs, continuous improvement, and energy management. - Mastery of SHE requirements (permitting, risk analysis). - Excellent communication skills for the smooth running of projects with constructive management of different stakeholders. - Proactive profile and ability to evolve independently. - Fluent in French, proficiency in English is a plus.
