About the position

As part of its development, our client is looking for a Project Manager to support the delivery of strategic projects within a demanding and international banking environment.

Within a dynamic and international environment, you will manage several projects simultaneously and ensure their end-to-end management, in collaboration with various internal teams and clients.

Your responsibilities:

  • Ensure the monitoring and coordination of several projects simultaneously.
  • Define priorities, develop schedules and monitor project progress.
  • Coordinate exchanges between different stakeholders to guarantee effective collaboration.
  • Ensure deadlines, deliverable quality and set objectives are met.
  • Identify risks, anticipate potential bottlenecks and propose appropriate solutions.
  • Lead follow-up meetings, prepare progress points and provide regular reporting.
  • Support users and clients throughout the various project stages.
  • Participate in the continuous improvement of project management methods and processes.

Your profile

  • You have proven experience in IT project management.
  • You have previously worked on deployment, integration or solution transformation projects.
  • You are capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously and coordinating different stakeholders.
  • Experience in the banking, financial sector or a regulated environment is a real asset.
  • You are recognised for your organisational skills, rigour and excellent interpersonal skills.
  • You are proficient in English in a professional context; knowledge of French is a plus.
  • A project management certification (PMP, PRINCE2, Agile, Scrum or equivalent) is appreciated.
