We are currently seeking for one of our major clients active in construction, a: Project Manager - construction/general contracting. Your tasks:- Ensure compliance with the schedule, technical standards, and regulations in force.- Ensure global oversight and monitoring of the site.- Develop, analyze, and follow up on project submissions and budgets.- Manage relationships with suppliers, subcontractors, and various trades.- Coordinate interventions, direct teams, and tasks.- Establish daily reports and ensure project follow-up.- Strictly ensure compliance with safety rules on the site.Your profile:- CFC (Certificate of Federal Capacity) in a construction field, ideally in masonry.- Bachelor's degree in structural engineering, civil engineering, or equivalent.- Strong experience of several years in project management in construction, ideally in general contracting.- Ability to manage complex projects independently, in a structured and disciplined manner with a strong sense of responsibility and team motivation towards project goals.- Mastery of tools related to project management.- French language proficiency.If you are ready to take on this challenge and leverage your engineering expertise and project management skills within a company that values its employees, please send us your CV indicating the position you are applying for.
