To complement our team, we are looking for a customer- and teamoriented individual for our division Industrial X-Ray Modules at the Flamatt site as a

 

**Project Manager Engineering 80-100%**

In the Industrial X-Ray Modules (IXM) division, we provide safer, more economical and breakthrough solutions for non-destructive testing and security applications through the pioneering development of intelligent industrial X-ray technologies.

 

**What you will do:**

* Lead industrialization within a matrix organization, with a strong focus on Supply Chain & Operations 
* Drive the industrialization of products up to serial production while ensuring production and SCM specifications are met 
* Develop and implement production concepts, including ramp-up planning and capacity/asset requirement analyses 
* Take ownership of SAP master data including production documentation, BOMs and routings 
* Lead product and process optimization initiatives, applying quality methods such as PFMEA and PPAP



**What you bring:**

* University degree in Mechanical Engineering or a comparable technical discipline (ETH / UAS or equivalent)  
* At least 5 years' experience in project management within an industrial environment 
* Solid understanding of production processes as well as Supply Chain & Operations structures; experience with SAP is an advantage 
* High level of flexibility combined with strong drive and execution focus 
* Fluency in German and English with strong communication and teamwork skills
