## Job Description ##

This is a **highly operational role**\-you will be responsible for coordinating and delivering programme activities across multiple countries, ensuring timelines and quality standards are met.

**Key responsibilities include:**

* Coordinate the **rollout of programme components** in collaboration with international experts and regional coordinators.
* Oversee training-of-trainers sessions and distance mentoring for participants and pilot organizations.
* Apply results-based management (**RBM**) principles to monitor progress and contribute to performance reporting.
* Develop high-quality programme documentation, including success stories and reports.
* Liaise with internal teams (e.g., logistics) and external stakeholders to ensure smooth implementation.
* Provide input to the annual workplans and performance monitoring tools.

## The Successful Applicant ##

To be considered for this role, you **must meet the following criteria**:

* Proven experience in **international coordination** or capacity building projects, ideally in **Africa and/or Asia**.
* **Great writing, speaking and communication skills** in both English and French (minimum C1 level); Spanish is a plus.
* Strong knowledge and application of **results-based management (RBM)**, including narrative and financial reporting.
* Demonstrated ability to **roll out** structured programs (not design from scratch).
* Experience working with or around **standards, quality infrastructure, or conformity assessment**.
* Strong stakeholder management skills, both internally and externally.
* Proficiency in MS Office and ability to manage multiple workstreams simultaneously.

* Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently while knowing when to escalate.
