We are mainly active in Switzerland and intervene occasionally abroad.Project Manager & General Works DirectorWorkplace: HybridYour mission:We are looking for a Project Manager & General Works Director capable of managing and leading large multidisciplinary technical projects in the context of overhauls and renewals for hydroelectric facilities.Your responsibilities:- Guarantee the planning and monitoring of studies and works, ensuring compliance with costs, deadlines, and quality- Identify deviations (costs, deadlines, and quality) and implement necessary corrective actions- Organize and coordinate personnel resources as well as technical means- Organize and monitor supplies and subcontracted activities- Lead and synchronize the various project stakeholders by ensuring effective communication- Ensure regular, clear, and transparent reporting to the client- Ensure risk management as well as the monitoring of control actions- Participate in offers and amendmentsYour skills:- HES/EPF engineering degree, preferably in electricity, or accomplished project manager with confirmed experience in managing multidisciplinary projects- Desired experience in fields related to the maintenance of hydroelectric facilities or in the field of industrial infrastructure- Excellent communication skills and command of French or German with a very good command of the second language.
