To strengthen our client’s team, we are looking for a committed and responsible individual. In this versatile role, you will lead exciting refurbishment projects and guide your team purposefully to success.
For our client, we are seeking to fill the position immediately or by arrangement at the Wettingen location
Construction Manager Refurbishment & Renovation
Your Responsibilities:
Overall responsibility for the planning and implementation of projects
Independent acquisition and management of projects
Preparation of quotations as well as schedule, cost and quality control up to final billing
Preparation of measurements
Central contact person for clients, architects and specialist partners
Leadership, motivation and development of your team (up to 8 employees)
Maintenance and expansion of sustainable customer relationships
Your Profile:
Completed training in the main construction trade with further training as a Construction Manager
Several years of experience in refurbishment and renovation
Entrepreneurial thinking as well as a structured and solution-oriented working style
Confident German language skills, both spoken and written
Proficient use of common construction software
