For its partner located in Visp, Gi Life Sciences is looking for a:
Project Lead – Workshop & Logistics Projects (7 months)
Your Responsibilities:
- Reporting Line: Head of Workshops & Standards
- Project management of technical initiatives in the areas of workshops and standardization
- Planning, coordination, and implementation of workshop and logistics projects to optimize processes and workfows
- Support in the development and implementation of technical standards
- Conducting workshops with internal and external stakeholders for project definitio and execution
- Analysis and evaluation of data from SAP, Excel, Power BI, and other tools to support decision-making
- Preparation of reports, dashboards, and presentations for management
- Interface management between engineering, logistics, IT, and other relevant departments
Your Profil:
- Completed degree in industrial engineering, logistics, computer science, or a comparable fiel
- 2–5 years of experience in project management, ideally in technical and/or logistics projects
- Solid knowledge of SAP, Excel (including Pivot Tables, Power Query), and Power BI
- Experience in conducting workshops and managing stakeholders
- Strong analytical thinking, structured working style, and high level of initiative
- Excellent communication skills in German and ideally in English
