In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for leading international projects from the initial order intake through to installation and final acceptance. Your expertise in technical project management will be crucial in ensuring that projects are executed successfully and efficiently.

Missions

In your role, you will:

  • Take ownership of customer projects, ensuring a solid setup and coordinating kick-off with internal stakeholders.
  • Manage project budgets, timelines, and quality, ensuring structured execution across all phases.
  • Oversee procurement activities, ensuring transparency and progress throughout the supply chain.
  • Plan and manage installation and acceptance phases in collaboration with internal and external partners.
  • Act as the central point of contact for customers and internal stakeholders, driving projects forward proactively.

Profile

To be successful in this position, you should bring:

  • Approximately 5 years of experience in technical project management within an industrial setting.
  • A higher technical degree (FH/ETH/University) or equivalent.
  • Familiarity with PVD or vacuum technology is advantageous, along with a willingness to learn.
  • Strong communication skills to connect effectively across the organization.
  • Fluency in German and English, with a readiness to travel around 15-20%.
