GIRANI & PERRILLAT Direction des Travaux-Architectes Sàrl, a company recognised for its expertise in Construction Management, project steering, Client Assistance and construction economics, is seeking a Project Lead Architect at 100%. If you have solid experience in managing and monitoring construction sites in Switzerland and wish to develop in a dynamic environment, this position is for you!

Responsibilities

• Supervise several major projects, ensuring deadlines, budgets and quality are respected until project completion
• Planning, financial monitoring and execution control
• Work closely with Clients, architects, engineers, contractors and other stakeholders
• Ensure compliance with construction standards and local regulations
• Manage unforeseen events and propose appropriate solutions

Qualifications

• HES/EPF diploma or equivalent
• Proven experience in managing and monitoring construction sites in Switzerland
• Proficiency in common IT tools (MS Office), AutoCAD, MSProject and Messerli (an advantage)
• Excellent knowledge of Swiss construction standards and regulations
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously with rigour and organisation
• Organisational skills, autonomy, rigour and priority management
• Team spirit, stress resistance and adaptability
• Fluency in French (spoken and written)
