We are recruiting a Project Manager, essential in organising and coordinating projects, in order to transform client requests and requirements into a value-added, profitable and controlled project. We are looking for specific expertise and a strong interest in the luxury sector.
Interior Architect - Retail Project Manager
Our client, an agency specialised in the luxury and cosmetics sector, handles the design, conception, production and installation of stands for major clients.
Responsibilities
- Manage retail projects from the design phases through to production and delivery
- Recommend design concepts and establish price offers (excellent budget management)
- Be the point of contact between operations and the client (ensuring smooth and proactive communication)
- Supervise orders, manufacturing, logistics and production deadlines to guarantee adherence to schedules
- Ensure planning, anticipate logistical constraints, verify compliance and manage client modifications
- Structure best project practices while proposing process improvements
Candidate Profile
- Degree in interior architecture or equivalent
- Minimum 3 years experience in a similar role
- Understanding of client expectations in the luxury sector
- Knowledge of logistical coordination from manufacturing, installation and dismantling, to stand storage
- Good knowledge of safety standards
- Proficiency in 3D software
- Fluency in French and English, German is a real asset
