## Job Description ##

* Support utility customers throughout the implementation of software and infrastructure projects.
* Work closely with Sales teams to provide technical expertise during customer discussions and proposal preparation.
* Manage project execution to ensure scope, quality, timelines and customer expectations are met.
* Coordinate data integration and system configuration activities.
* Troubleshoot technical and operational issues encountered by customers.
* Deliver training, coaching and technical support to end users.
* Collaborate with engineering and product teams to improve solutions and processes.
* Contribute to the deployment of innovative technologies supporting modern electricity networks.

## The Successful Applicant ##

* Degree in Electrical Engineering, Energy Engineering or a related technical discipline.
* Initial professional experience in engineering, utilities, energy, infrastructure or industrial environments.
* Strong analytical and problem-solving mindset.
* Passion for technology, innovation and continuous learning.
* Ability to interact confidently with customers and stakeholders.
* Comfortable managing multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.
* Fluent English and German language skills are required.
* Knowledge of power systems, utilities, software implementation or data-related projects is an advantage.
