* Coordinate and support the execution of physical security and health & safety assessments
* Track and follow up on corrective actions, ensuring timely implementation
* Maintain accurate documentation, reports, and digital tracking tools
* Liaise with internal stakeholders to ensure smooth communication and collaboration
* Provide administrative support, including invoice and cost tracking
## The Successful Applicant ##
* A **well-organized, detail-focused** individual with a friendly and approachable demeanor
* Someone who enjoys **administrative tasks** and is **comfortable with digital tools** (Microsoft Office, data tracking systems, etc.)
* A proactive communicator who can confidently engage with various stakeholders
* Fluent in **French and English** (Italian is a plus)
* Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Hospitality, or a related field
* Previous experience in coordination, compliance, or administrative roles
* Strong problem-solving and interpersonal skills
* Experience in luxury or hospitality sectors is a plus
