Composed of about thirty highly qualified experts, engineers, and project managers, it guarantees our know-how and embodies our commitment to quality and sustainability.As a Project Buyer, you are responsible for the purchases made on a project. You ensure the proper execution of the stages of the purchasing process in accordance with the company's processes and requirements.Project Buyer (FR/DE)Your responsibilities and missions:- You co-write the provisional schedule with the construction team.- You define the budget by CFC (Construction Cost Classification) and the corresponding initial sourcing with the construction team.- You ensure that the specialists in the technical department have clearly communicated the necessary assumptions to the construction teams and/or subcontractors to prepare the bids according to Alpenda standards.- You validate all bids before sending.- You manage the network of bidders, analyze and bring offers into compliance.- You formalize all feedback in a TCO (Total Cost of Ownership) compliant with Alpenda standards.- You update the tracking table for bids.- You facilitate meetings between the specialists of the Technical Department and the construction teams to analyze and capitalize on the gaps between the budget and the compliant offers.- You lead, jointly with the construction teams, the negotiations.- You define the financial objectives to be achieved and the strategy to get there.- You monitor the schedule and report deviations.- You validate the requests formalized by the construction teams on the ERP.- You ensure the proper sending of thank-you letters to unsuccessful companies.Why not you?- You hold a higher education degree in engineering in the construction field?- You have confirmed experience in purchasing and/or construction management in the construction sector?- You possess solid negotiation skills and are recognized for your diplomacy and ability to establish strong relationships with partners and internal stakeholders?- You master the legal aspects and relevant standards in construction?- You carry out your missions with a concern for transparency, integrity, and ethics?- You speak French fluently and have good knowledge of German (minimum B2)?- You want to take on new challenges?
