* Coordinate and monitor project activities, ensuring timelines and deliverables are met.
* Prepare and analyze reports using Excel (advanced level required) - Power BI is a plus.
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams and maintain clear communication channels.
* Support project documentation and ensure data accuracy.
## The Successful Applicant ##
* 2-3 years of experience in project coordination or a similar role.
* Advanced skills in Excel; knowledge of Power BI is a plus.
* Highly organized, proactive, and fully committed to delivering results.
* Fluent in English (mandatory); Italian or French is an asset.
