Description

Our client, a recognised and rapidly growing company specialising in interior design solutions, is looking for a Project Assistant to strengthen its teams in Geneva.

Reporting to the Project Managers, you will ensure the administrative, organisational and financial follow-up of various projects and participate in the smooth coordination of internal operations without direct client contact.



Project Assistant – Building (M/F) – 100%



Your tasks

  • Ensure the administrative follow-up of projects and update schedules
  • Prepare and manage technical files (plans, minutes, DOE, technical sheets)
  • Coordinate exchanges between different internal departments
  • Manage supplier orders and monitor deliveries
  • Prepare work progress reports as well as interim and final invoices
  • Participate in the financial monitoring of projects
  • Ensure document management and control of administrative compliance

Your profile

  • Technical training in the building sector (CFC or equivalent)
  • Minimum 4 years of experience in a similar position in the building sector
  • Good plan reading and understanding of technical documents
  • Organisational skills, rigour and autonomy
  • Proficiency in common IT tools; knowledge of AutoCAD, MS Project or an ERP is an asset
  • Proficiency in German and English - French
