We work with general contractors, developers, and asset managers, providing solutions adapted to project needs throughout their life cycle.We are recruiting an Architecture Project Manager (MPQ) based in Geneva or Bussigny according to your preference. This working method allows us to manage your project efficiently, thanks to a 3D digital model associated with an integrated and constantly updated database of all data. The slightest modification is easy for any stakeholder, the data aligns, the model adjusts in its entirety, reducing the risks of errors and delays. We build together with efficiency and precision.What sets us apart?- Access to prestigious Swiss projects.- Within a team environment fostering collaboration and professional development.- Competitive salary in line with your experience and skills.- Opportunities for growth and development in the fields of digital construction and BIM methodologies.Joining Swissroc Group means being part of a diverse group imbued with a strong corporate culture where fulfillment, commitment, and respect are at the heart of our actions.Your mission?- Pilot architectural projects by ensuring design quality, compliance, and adherence to deadlines.- Be the main point of contact for clients and effectively transmit their vision and requirements to the team.- Manage and coordinate interdisciplinary teams, delegating tasks and ensuring compliance with quality standards and deadlines.- Advise clients on value, scope, and project constraints.- Supervise the development of BIM models and the production of high-quality design documents.- Ensure rigorous control of quality, feasibility, and compliance with Swiss standards.- Communicate proactively on project progress, risks, and key decisions to stakeholders.Profile- Position based in Bussigny or Geneva, with travel between offices at least twice a week according to project needs.- At least 5 years of experience in project management (7+ years preferred).- Indispensably a minimum of 10 years of experience in architectural design (15+ years preferred).- Necessary experience in managing large-scale architectural projects and multidisciplinary teams of at least 5 people.- Excellent knowledge of Swiss construction standards, regulations, and laws.- Established network in Geneva and possibly in French-speaking Switzerland.- Excellent communication skills with a very strong client orientation. Desire to meet new business opportunities.- Architect registered in Switzerland (REG A or REG B) with the ability to file building permit applications.- Mastery of English (oral and written).
