We are looking for a After-Sales Service Technician? Professional Kitchens (M/F) for one of our clients
PROFESSIONAL KITCHEN MAINTENANCE TECHNICIAN AFTER-SALES SERVICE
Reporting to the Team Manager, you are responsible for the proper functioning of professional kitchen equipment for a clientele made up of catering, hotel and community professionals.
In this capacity, you work on the installation, preventive and corrective maintenance as well as the repair of equipment, in compliance with quality procedures and safety rules.
You take charge of a range of varied equipment, including:
Professional dishwashers, Fryers, Ice machines, Grills, Ovens, Plancha grills, Warming appliances, Cold rooms and refrigeration equipment, Professional refrigerators... Your main responsibilities:
Install and commission equipment.
Carry out preventive and corrective maintenance operations.
Diagnose faults and carry out repairs.
- Provide after-sales service (AFS) to customers.
- Advise customers on the use and maintenance of equipment.
- Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction through your professionalism, rigour and sense of service.
Qualified in electrotechnics, electromechanics or refrigeration and air conditioning (refrigeration engineer).
You have at least 2 to 5 years’ experience in the maintenance of professional kitchen equipment or industrial equipment.
You are proficient in reading electrical diagrams.
You are autonomous, organised and recognised for your ability to quickly diagnose faults.
With excellent interpersonal skills, you enjoy customer contact and have a strong sense of service.
A category B driving licence is essential for travel to customers.
