Its mission is that of a generalist institution in the field of mental disability, also offering specialized services. The socio-professional department of the Cité du Genévrier recently has a center that welcomes young adults. To complete our team following a retirement, we are looking for a Socio-professional Master (M/F) at 80%. Mission This center is located in the center of St-Légier. It welcomes 9 apprentices and aims to prepare young adults aged 18 to 23 with disabilities to take on their adult life. It allows them to acquire and develop skills on a professional, social, and personal level. It offers a customized program that can extend up to three years as desired. You have a recognized degree in the social and/or specialized educational field, at ES or HES level, or a Master's degree. Additionally, you have confirmed experience in the initial or ongoing training of young adults with intellectual disabilities. You have undergone training related to the teaching of socio-professional and emotional skills. You possess didactic and pedagogical skills, notably with the FALC method and assistive digital tools. You are proficient with common tools. Autonomous in your work, you enjoy working as part of a supportive and concerted team. You have good interpersonal skills and are solution-oriented. Enthusiastic and positive, you have an interest in teamwork.
