Job Description As a professional, your main mission is to protect the interests of adults and their rights when they are in difficulty and need help. You manage individuals for whom you are responsible in order to meet their basic needs. You advocate for their rights while considering their wishes and abilities, make decisions for beneficiaries, and organize the necessary measures for protection and assistance in the areas of housing, health, and legal matters, contributing daily to the perspective of a dignified and autonomous life, thus participating in social justice. Responsibilities Diligent management of protective measures for adults entrusted by the Justices of the Peace of the canton, in accordance with the legal and regulatory framework. Management of financial and legal matters. Management of beneficiaries' income and expenses. Development of an active network with professional associations and the relatives of beneficiaries. Establishment of a relationship of trust with beneficiaries. Investment in the initial training necessary for the role and in continuous development useful for the further development of skills.
