Job Description As a professional, your primary mission is to protect the interests of adults and their rights when they are in difficulty and need help. You manage individuals for whom you are responsible in order to meet their fundamental needs. You advocate for their rights, taking into account their wishes and abilities, make decisions for beneficiaries, and organize necessary measures for protection and assistance in housing, health, and legal matters, contributing daily to the perspective of a dignified and autonomous life for all, thus participating in social justice. Responsibilities Diligent management of adult protection measures entrusted by the Justices of the Peace in the canton, in compliance with the legal and regulatory framework. Management of legal and financial affairs. Management of beneficiaries' income and expenses. Development of an active network with professional contacts and relatives of beneficiaries. Establishment of a relationship of trust with beneficiaries. Investment in necessary initial training for the role and continuous training useful for professional development. Additional experience related to areas of health, addiction, law, budgeting, and social insurance is welcomed. Excellent rigor and financial management abilities. Autonomy, stress resistance, sense of responsibility, and prioritization skills. Open-mindedness, listening skills, flexibility, and strong organizational abilities are essential. A clean criminal record and a document from the Office of Debt Collection are required for this position. WHO ARE WE?
