Mission
Within this role, reporting to our International Customer Service Division, your main mission will be to ensure the launch of manufacturing orders and the monitoring of work in progress in close coordination with Planning. Additionally, you will manage subcontracting orders and/or conduct analyses on the flows within your scope and propose improvement actions.
Responsibilities
Scheduling:
- Ensures the creation of Service Orders and the launch of manufacturing orders for all workshops.
- Follows up on blocked manufacturing orders, regardless of the reason or location of the blockage.
- Transcribes system priorities onto workshop visual management boards.
- Represents scheduling during PPOQM meetings.
- Monitors manufacturing deadlines for various operations and regularly updates them.
- Guides workshop managers on priorities during operational meetings.
- Ensures, in liaison with other support services, the administrative processing of returned parts (registering, forwarding for rework, launching new manufacturing orders).
- Identifies and analyses any shortages and informs the planner and/or their manager.
- Performs all stock management activities such as order preparation, stock control, provision of products for internal or external use, updating information systems and, to a lesser extent, preparing associated management documents.
- Guarantees the supply of all consumables necessary for the activity.
- Provides quality support and communication to our internal partners.
Analysis and improvement management:
- Creates and/or monitors indicators on their production flow.
- Analyses flow-related issues and proposes solutions.
- May be required to join project teams.
Management of operational subcontracting:
- Manages physical and administrative flow processes, order preparation, receipt/shipment and invoicing related to operational subcontracting.
- Provides quality support and communication to our external partners.
Profile sought
- Education in Production Management at HES/HEG level (Bachelor) or equivalent.
- 3 to 5 years of experience in production management in the watchmaking sector.
- Knowledge of the watchmaking environment.
- Very good command of office tools (MS Office) & ERP SAP.
- Excellent interpersonal skills
