SchedulerMissionWithin the framework of this position, in our Customer Service Division, your main mission will be to guarantee the launch of work orders and the monitoring of work-in-progress in close collaboration with the team. In addition, you will manage subcontracting orders and/or perform analyses on the flows within your scope and propose actions:- Ensures the creation of Service Orders and the launching of manufacturing orders for all workshops.- Monitors blocked manufacturing orders, regardless of the reason or location of the blockage.- Transcribes system priorities into visual management boards.- Communicates scheduling during meetings.- Monitors the lead times of the various workshops and keeps them regularly updated.- Guides managers on priorities during meetings.- In connection with other support departments, handles returned parts (register, transmit for rework, launch new manufacturing orders).- Identifies and analyzes potential shortages and informs the team or supervisor.- Performs all stock management activities such as order management, stock control, making products available for internal or external use, updating systems, and to a lesser extent, preparing associated management documents.- Guarantees the supply of all consumables necessary for the activity.- Provides quality support and communication to our internal partners.Analysis and management of flows:- Creates and/or monitors indicators on your production flow.- Analyzes deviations related to flows and proposes corrective actions.- May be required to join project teams.Subcontracting management:- Performs physical flow management procedures and order tracking, receipt/shipment, and invoicing related to subcontracting.- Provides quality support and communication to our external partners.Profile- Production Management degree at HES/HEG level (Bachelor) or equivalent.- 3 to 5 years of experience in production management in the watchmaking sector.- Knowledge of the watchmaking environment.- Very good command of office tools (MS Office) & SAP ERP.- Excellent command of the position. jid194993aaen jit0624aen jpiy26aen
