Scheduling ManagerWe are pleased to collaborate with a prestigious Geneva watch manufacturer. In this capacity, we are looking for a Scheduling Manager for a 100% position.Your responsibilities:- Manage, for each item, the launch of orders according to the established plan and monitor the short-term load/capacity for all production units in coordination with other managers.- Contribute to the progressive introduction of new products and new processes, in coordination with project managers and production.- Follow action plans in the various interfaces with production in order to guarantee delivery objectives.- Participate in finding flow solutions.- Ensure the updating of master data and monitor relevant indicators.Your profile:- HES Engineer or ES Technician specialized in logistics or production, or equivalent qualification.- Desired experience in the watchmaking industry or scheduling / Supply Chain.- Mastery of an ERP and good knowledge of a decision-making tool.- Excellent listening skills and ease in synthesis, ability to propose solutions, and resistance to stress.What we offer:- Individualized follow-up for your CV and preparation for interviews.- Supervision provided by recruitment specialists in the watchmaking field.- Opportunities within renowned watchmaking houses.- Long-term mission with a permanent employment contract.Interested?Do not hesitate to send us your complete file by following the instructions.
