We are looking for a Quality Engineer to oversee and improve the compliance and reliability of products throughout the production chain. This role involves a strong operational and cross-functional dimension, managing non-conformities, leading quality initiatives, and deploying continuous improvement methodologies.
Production Quality Engineer - Watchmaking (m/f/d)

Responsibilities
- Manage quality complaints and incidents, from cause analysis to implementation of corrective and preventive actions
- Lead problem-solving processes (8D, QRQC) and ensure follow-up of action plans
- Coordinate cross-functional quality activities with production and support functions
- Define and improve control methods to ensure product compliance
- Lead quality meetings and monitor performance indicators (KPIs)
- Deploy FMEA methodologies and participate in quality risk management
- Train and support teams on quality tools and best practices
- Drive cross-functional quality projects and contribute to continuous improvement
Candidate Profile
You match the following profile:
- Engineering degree or equivalent
- Minimum 2 years of experience in production quality, ideally in a demanding industrial environment
- Proficiency with quality tools (FMEA, problem solving, risk analysis)
- Good knowledge of ERP systems and quality tools (such as SAP or equivalent)
- Analytical skills, pragmatism and results orientation
- Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to work cross-functionally
- Team spirit, autonomy and proactivity
