Based in Switzerland, our Watch and Perfume divisions offer an authentic and exciting environment with great career opportunities.OpportunityWithin our Production Planning team based in Neuchâtel, we are looking for a:Production Planner (maternity leave replacement from December to June)In the Production & Master Planning department, your main mission will be to ensure the planning and execution of all activities necessary for product availability for all channels, within the allotted timeframes. You will need to optimize resources and minimize stock levels. You will also manage cross-functional industrial projects and ensure control of product costs.- Develop, validate, and implement the weekly master production plan for all perfume promotional launches and gift programs on a 12-month basis, ensuring product availability at the requested ex-factory date.- Monitor component availability with the procurement team and reschedule the production plan if necessary.- Ensure, in collaboration with other team members, the monitoring and execution of the production plan at our external subcontractors.- Define, lead, and coordinate the product cost analysis for the global perfume business in collaboration with the technical development department and manufacturers.- Implement a monthly analysis of material requirements for perfumes and semi-finished products in SAP by coordinating all relevant activities with the procurement department, the planning department, and external production sites.- Monitor cross-functional projects related to new global regulations regarding product safety (CMR, PPWR, Allergen Law, etc.).Your BackgroundHolding a degree in supply chain management or equivalent, you have at least one to two years of professional experience in a position related to the supply chain. Your expertise includes project management, data analysis, as well as the modeling and simulation of scenarios. You have perfect command of MS Office, particularly Excel, and knowledge of SAP would be a major asset. Finally, you are fluent in Italian, French, and English.A rigorous, autonomous, and organized person, you are recognized for your dynamism and professional conscience.
