The Gi Life Sciences team is looking for a production planner for the Bern region.

Production Planner

(Temporary position)

Responsibilities :

• You organize the work schedules of the manufacturing team
• Update production tracking and performance indicators
• Participate in continuous process improvement projects to accelerate and optimize flows.
• Analyze the manufacturing processes and monitor their evolution by adjusting the program if necessary.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams including production, quality assurance, supply chain, maintenance, calibration and engineering to ensure alignment and workflow efficiency.
• Ensure compliance with good manufacturing practices (GMP) and other regulatory requirements.
• Participate in production meetings.
• Ensure the quality of data entered into the computer system according to the procedures and rules in force.

Qualifications :

• Higher education in manufacturing, biotechnology or similar.
• Minimum 3 years' experience in production planning, biopharmaceutical or pharmaceutical manufacturing environment.
• Strong understanding of GMP and regulatory requirements for biopharmaceutical manufacturing.
• Knowledge of SAP and planning modules.
• Very good communication and organizational skills.
• Excellent knowledge of English, German is a strong asset.
