Production Flow and ERP Referent

Main tasks:

• Organise and coordinate logistics flows related to production in collaboration with the relevant teams;
• Ensure the management and reliability of physical and IT stocks;
• Monitor stock management and logistics flow systems (Kardex, MHC, etc.);
• Manage the production printing and ensure the availability of labels;
• Act as Key User for SAP, Brisoft and NiceLabel for production by supporting and training users;
• Identify areas for improvement, implement necessary actions and contribute to the continuous optimisation of processes;
• Ensure the quality and reliability of data as well as compliance with quality, hygiene and safety requirements.

Required profile:

• Federal VET diploma in a technical, logistics or industrial field, or equivalent training;
• Several years of experience in an industrial environment;
• Strong knowledge of stock management, logistics and traceability;
• Experience using an ERP, ideally SAP S/4HANA;
• Good knowledge of Excel.
