Production & QualityIntroductionAt Protylux SA, an SME specializing in plastic injection for the watchmaking industry, we place quality, rigor, and process control at the heart of our activities. In this context, we are looking for a Production and Quality Control Specialist.Mission:- Perform start-up, in-process, and end-of-production checks- Inspect incoming products and finished products- Verify the conformity of parts according to internal and client requirements- Apply and respect current quality procedures- Complete control documents and ensure traceability- Participate in the handling of non-conformities and corrective actions- Update, classify, and archive quality documentation- Occasionally perform packaging tasks according to quality standards- Perform manual or semi-automated tasks (packaging, assembly, deburring, inspection, receiving parts) according to established methodsProfile sought:- Technical CFC, ET technician, or equivalent in the field of quality- Proficiency in computer tools (MS Office, Excel)- Experience in industry (2–3 years desired)- Rigor, precision, and attention to detail- Good team spirit- Fluent FrenchWhat we offer:- Industrial company on a human scale- Team schedule (morning/afternoon) or day shift (depending on team organization)- Stable, long-term positionStart date:September 1st or to be agreed uponTo apply:If you are interested in this position and wish to join a growing company, we invite you to submit your CV and cover letter directly via our website.
