Then join us!In the context of a position renewal within the [department redacted] domain, we are opening a position for:Key-user / Product OwnerYour missionAs a Key Manager of Passenger Channels, you act as an expert and Product Owner for passenger solutions. You contribute to their daily operation, maintenance, and evolution in order to guarantee reliable services adapted to the needs of passengers as well as internal teams. You also ensure the relevance of tools, their alignment with field realities, and their proper adoption by the main users.Responsibilities- Ensure the proper daily functioning of passenger tools, quality controls, and testing of the various channels,- Be the product reference by collecting needs, managing the backlog, configuring tools, and coordinating developments with business and technical teams,- Guarantee the quality, integrity, and monitoring of data while analyzing incidents and feedback to improve services,- Identify and propose continuous improvements to solutions, their tools, and related processes by integrating constraints and technological developments,- Train, support, and assist business lines in the use of tools and problem-solving,- Participate in project meetings to identify needs, resolve issues, and propose actions,- Ensure compliance with quality, safety, and environmental requirements in your area of expertise,- Carry out, upon request, additional missions such as participation in working groups, committees, or projects.Profile- Holder of a professional certification or equivalent title with a Product Owner base.- 3 to 5 years of professional experience, including 1 to 2 years in product ownership,- Ability to work autonomously with technical support if necessary,- In-depth knowledge of IT solutions, related technologies and data, and current standards,- Strong aptitude for understanding, transcribing, and defending business needs,- Excellent communication and cross-functional skills,- Leadership, team spirit, and emotional intelligence,- Performance-oriented, autonomous, and entrepreneurial spirit,- Good knowledge of office and management tools,- Occasional availability in the evening or on weekends during production deployments.Are you interested?If you are interested in this great professional opportunity and meet the requirements as defined, you are invited to send us your complete application file.
