To support us, we are looking for a Product Owner Cloud Analytic who will work closely with business services and technical teams in the digital domain, particularly in contact with the teams and other transversal teams in the following missions:Maximize value, prioritize features and developments according to their business impact and objectives while being the main contact for collecting needs, costs, and business benefits.Define and communicate the product vision to stakeholders, and closely collaborate with the Solutions teams (Solutions Manager - RSO, Business Analysts - BA, Developers, Testers).Manage and prioritize the backlog according to value while considering business needs, the technological framework, analytical/development capabilities, and transversal issues and dependencies under the responsibility of the RSO.Collaborate and actively participate in agile ceremonies to ensure a common understanding of the backlog and priorities by the Solutions teams and constraints (technological, capacity, budgetary), product performance, and feedback by establishing and regularly monitoring the metrics related to value delivery.Integrate product evolutions into the release plan of Vaudoise Assurances, in collaboration with the Solutions and Transversal Delivery teams.Manage risks and resolve issues, including identifying and assessing risks, problems, dependencies, and constraints while escalating topics when necessary.Plan and organize with teams the different releases across all environments.Your profile: A minimum of 3 years of experience as a Product Owner, with a technical background and ideally in the insurance field. A PSPO is a certain plus.A higher education degree (EPF, HES, HEC, UNI or another equivalent qualification) in a technical domain with a capacity to understand business needs, lead functional developments, and closely collaborate with technical teams (architects, BA, developers, testers, etc.) to ensure the relevance and performance of solutions.Assertive leadership and a strong sense of ownership to structure, arbitrate, and advance complex topics in a multi-stakeholder environment.An understanding of the overall IT architecture, data security issues, access, and protection of critical systems, as well as challenges related to APIs, microservices, etc., and key issues related to the Cloud.A very good mastery of tools (Jira, Confluence, etc.) combined with a very good knowledge of current agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban).Fluency in French (spoken and written) and a good command of English (minimum B2 level).You stand out for your solution-oriented mindset and proactivity. With strong interpersonal skills, you enjoy working independently as well as in a team.
