As a Product Marketing Specialist, you will play a key role in developing and deploying product marketing communication tools, supporting internal teams and external partners, and enhancing product visibility and adoption.

Description

Develop Product Marketing Communication Content

  • Coordinate marketing campaigns in collaboration with the Communications team
  • Create and implement product APB (Advantage, Proof, Benefit) messaging, USP (Unique Selling Proposition), and product documentation
  • Evaluate promotional plans and ensure alignment with product strategy
  • Promote the product vision internally and externally
  • Act as a product ambassador to build awareness and understanding

Support National Committees (NCs) and Resellers

  • Develop ready-to-use marketing tools for NCs
  • Create resources to facilitate product knowledge sharing
  • Provide tools for NCs' sales and marketing teams to support product launches
  • Build and maintain trustful relationships to foster collaboration and sales

Understand the User Experience

  • Gain deep market insights and user knowledge
  • Collect and analyze user feedback to inform strategy

Apply Best Practices

  • Stay up to date with best practices in marketing and product communication
  • Align work with the organization's strategic objectives and operational standards

Profile

Experience

  • Minimum 5 years of professional experience (ideally between 5 and 8 years)
  • Prior experience in an international organization or similar environment is highly preferred

Languages

  • Fluent English (C1++ or C2) - working language
  • French B2 minimum (optional if English is native or C2 level)

Digital Skills

  • Strong proficiency with standard digital tools (MS Office, social media, AI tools)
  • Advanced knowledge of Mailchimp and SurveyMonkey

Soft Skills

  • Adaptable, curious, and flexible
  • Quick learner with strong autonomy
  • Excellent communication skills (internal and external)
  • Collaborative and solution-oriented mindset
