Description

As Product Manager RX, Specialty Care, you will report to the General Manager and handle all marketing aspects of the company’s RX product range.

Your main tasks

  • Manage the full product portfolio, including updating product brochures, catalogs, and patient information
  • Collaborate closely with Global and Medico Marketing teams at the headquarters of the company
  • Launch new products and line extensions in alignment with the marketing mix and in coordination with the General Manager and Sales Director
  • Conduct market and competitor analysis and develop strategies for existing and new products or business opportunities
  • Coordinate promotional activities in collaboration with design, media, and print agencies
  • Create PR content and summarize scientific studies for newsletter mailings and company news
  • Manage the local marketing budget
  • Constantly develop the company website
  • Prepare presentations for internal and sales team meetings
  • Perform monthly business and market performance analysis using BI tools
  • Coordination with Regulatory Agency in regards of new products to be launched
  • Organize conferences at national congresses for medical specialists, develop booth, plan congress attendance of company staff
  • Organize local sponsoring events

Your profile

  • 2–3 years of experience in the pharmaceutical Rx sector in a marketing position (specialty care)
  • Hands-on mindset with a strong focus on operational tasks and Client projects (Specialty Care doctors)
  • Native German speaker; fluent in French and English
