Our dynamic team strives to offer you perspectives in line with your project.For a temporary mission, we are looking for one of our clients, based in the Canton of Geneva, for a Product Compliance Officer.Your mission:- Ensure regulatory monitoring and analyze the impacts on products and activities.- Lead compliance projects in collaboration with the relevant teams.- Support business lines in the interpretation and application of regulatory requirements.- Organize and facilitate compliance committees as well as working groups.- Carry out or coordinate product, process, and supplier audits to ensure compliance with applicable requirements.- Raise awareness and train teams on compliance issues.- Collaborate with the Legal, Quality, and Product Development departments, and represent the company before professional bodies and ensure active monitoring of regulatory developments.Required technical skills:- Experience in project management.- Knowledge of applicable standards, quality systems, and development processes.Profile:- Higher education (HES, EPF Engineer or equivalent), supplemented by training in Compliance, Regulatory Affairs, Quality, or a related field.- Confirmed experience in a function related to regulatory compliance, regulatory affairs, or quality, within an industrial environment, ideally watchmaking or luxury.- Mastery of Microsoft Office tools, particularly Excel.- Excellent command of French and good level of English.- Analytical and synthesis skills.- Rigor, autonomy, and sense of organization.- Leadership and ability to unite teams around the service, and ability to support change.- Ability to manage several projects simultaneously in a demanding environment.If you are ready to take on this exciting challenge offering great prospects, send us your complete file (CV, work certificates, diploma, identity document, criminal record extract) as soon as possible.Without a response from us within 15 days, please consider that we have not retained your application.
