ResponsibilitiesEnsure regulatory monitoring and analyze impacts on the business.Guarantee product compliance in the various markets.Support business teams with regulatory requirements.Manage compliance projects and coordinate cross-functional stakeholders related to product compliance.Raise awareness and train on compliance issues.Carry out or coordinate audits and ensure follow-up of action plans.Act as the interface between Quality, Legal, R&D, and Management teams.Higher education (HES, University or equivalent) in Compliance, Quality, or Management.Proven experience in the watchmaking industry or luxury sector.Experience in regulatory compliance and project management.Mastery of quality systems and the risk-based approach.Experience in the watchmaking sector is essential.Mastery of Microsoft 365 tools, particularly Excel.Fluent level of English.Analytical and synthesis skills.Ability to work cross-functionally and to unite teams.Sense of organization and autonomy.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Proactive and solution-oriented.Based in Switzerland. jid30d2294aen jit0832aen jpiy26aen
