What you do:
You manage and/or carry out "Product Assurance" and "Testing" activities to ensure the quality of the development, manufacturing and testing of machines according to customer requirements.
You ensure compliance with the customer's contractual requirements throughout all project stages (design, development, industrialisation, manufacturing, supplier management...).
You perform tests to verify conformity with standards and customer requirements.
You ensure that customers and subcontractors implement the Quality Assurance measures required by the company reference framework and contracts.
You liaise with technical teams to inform them about standards and explain customer requirements.
You analyse our customers' needs through the specifications issued.
You coordinate all Product Assurance activities for development, production and testing.
You guarantee product conformity.
You support System Quality.
What you bring:
Graduated from a higher technical education, ideally an Engineer, you have strong interpersonal skills.
You are autonomous, organised and rigorous.
You know how to make decisions, explain them and also enforce them.
Your negotiation and persuasion skills enable you to develop strong and trusting relationships with both customers and internal teams.
You have at least 5 years' experience in the industrial sector.
You are willing to occasionally visit our suppliers and customers as part of your product assurance duties.
Ability to communicate in French and English, both orally and in writing.
