Buyer / Supply PlannerMissionWithin the scope of this role, in our Apparel division, your mission will be to ensure the optimal management of the product portfolio under your responsibility, in accordance with the needs of the Master Production Schedule (MPS), while developing and maintaining lasting relationships of trust with our partners and internal clients.Responsibilities- Guarantee the best conditions within your scope.- Manage calls for tenders and lead suppliers.- Transform requests into orders while respecting quality, cost, and deadline requirements, and analyze needs as well as performance indicators for suppliers, and implement appropriate continuous improvement actions.- Establish and ensure the monitoring of the annual budget for the managed product portfolio.- Ensure the update of the system, the monitoring of orders, and the proper processing of administrative elements.- Actively participate in the continuous improvement process and ensure proactive monitoring with suppliers.- Conduct visits to partners and report any relevant information to management.- Collaborate closely with the various departments and listen to internal clients in order to propose solutions adapted to the needs related to the MPS.- Embody and promote company values to our suppliers and partners.Profile- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain or equivalent diploma.- 3 to 5 years of experience in purchasing and/or supply in an industrial environment (watchmaking environment is a plus).- Good understanding of logistics flows.- Knowledge of the precious metals sector is valuable, a real asset.- Good command of MS Office, particularly Excel.- Knowledge of an ERP, ideally SAP.- Excellent communication skills and ease of contact, rigor, customer orientation, and spirit of analysis and synthesis, as well as a strong ability to develop and maintain relationships of trust. jid253ed80aen jit0417aen jpiy26aen
