We are looking for one of our clients, a watchmaking manufacture based in the Canton of Geneva, a Precious Supplier/Manager (M/F).Your mission:- Analyze and monitor the precious supply with Finance and external partners.- Maintain the consistency of the weights of purchased and produced items in precious.- Manage database information for suppliers: updates based on offers, loss rates, returns, and corrections of precious weight account movements: provisioning, reception, non-return calculation, SAP refining bulletins, and direct delivery processing.- Analyze logistical flow issues to determine causes and propose solutions.- Monthly closure with suppliers and subcontractors: identify discrepancies and bring the answers from internal and external audits.- Draft and monitor precious contracts (subcontracting, financing, and supervision of business projects).Required technical skills:- Mastery of supply flows.- Proficiency in MS Office and SAP or another ERP ideally.- Excellent command of Excel.Your profile:- Commercial employee diploma or X diploma with a minimum of 3 years in a similar role in the watchmaking or jewelry field.- Financial sensitivity and product knowledge.- Excellent rigor, analytical and synthesis spirit, and ability to propose solutions.If you are ready to take on this exciting challenge offering great perspectives, please send us your complete application as soon as possible (CV, work references, diploma, identity document, criminal record excerpt).
