CRIDEC, whose headquarters are located in the Vaud municipality of Eclépens, employs around 70 staff who are distributed across the Eclépens and Winterthur sites. CRIDEC is an SME recognised for its expertise and commitment to the environment and for its know-how in the recovery and treatment of special waste.

As specialists, we advise, train and support our clients in the management of their hazardous waste, which we transport and deliver to our treatment facilities.

Process and Maintenance Manager (M/F) 100%



Your mission

Reporting to the Technical Management, you ensure the performance, availability and continuous improvement of CRIDEC's industrial facilities. You manage maintenance activities, technical projects and team supervision to guarantee operational continuity while respecting safety, quality and environmental requirements.

Your main responsibilities

Industrial performance and maintenance:

  • Ensure the availability, reliability and performance of industrial facilities
  • Manage preventive, corrective maintenance and technical shutdowns
  • Optimise treatment processes and production tools
  • Analyse failures and implement improvement actions
  • Ensure operational continuity and contribute to the continuous improvement of industrial performance
  • Prepare and monitor the department's investment and maintenance budget

Technical projects:

  • Manage the company's technical and industrial projects
  • Participate in defining investments and the development of facilities
  • Coordinate internal and external stakeholders within the framework of projects

Management and organisation:

  • Supervise, support and develop technical teams
  • Define objectives, organise resources and ensure team sizing
  • Ensure training and skills development of staff
  • Manage conflict situations in collaboration with human resources

Safety, quality and environment:

  • Ensure compliance with legal, regulatory and internal requirements regarding safety, quality and environment
  • Develop a safety culture and ensure the application of work procedures
  • Participate in identifying and controlling risks related to facilities and department activities
  • Responsiveness and ability to cope with stress

Your profile

  • Higher technical education (engineer or equivalent)
  • Experience in an industrial environment and technical project management
  • Industrial maintenance
  • Industrial processes
  • Automation / electricity / mechanics
  • CMMS
  • Continuous improvement
  • Failure analysis
  • Office tools
  • Fluency in French
  • Good knowledge of German and English is an asset
