Our client is a well-reputed insurance brokerage company seeking to complete its team based in the Düdingen region. They are recruiting for the profile of:

Private Insurance Specialist 100% M/F
German C1/C2 required, Swiss German an asset

• Manage and monitor client files as well as insurance mandates in compliance with the applicable procedures
• Analyse needs and propose suitable insurance solutions
• Ensure contract processing, ensuring their compliance and proper execution
• Develop trusting relationships with clients and partners by offering personalised advice
• Actively participate in claims and complaints management, ensuring effective and prompt follow-up
• Work closely with the team to optimise internal processes and contribute to the continuous improvement of the department

• Commercial employee CFC or equivalent training completed with an AFA qualification
• First professional experience (internship or employment) in private insurance, an asset
• Excellent command of German (C1/C2 level required), good knowledge of French a plus
• Customer service orientation, rigour and analytical mindset
• Good interpersonal skills and ability to work in a team
• Motivation to learn and develop in the insurance field
