We continue to invest and expand our team, which is why we are looking for a Banking Manager / Wealth Management Advisor dedicated to the HNWI segment residing in Switzerland, with excellent knowledge of the market.What you will do:- Provide comprehensive and personalized support to wealthy clients residing in the region.- Develop your own portfolio through your network, while growing business with individuals who are already clients of our Bank.- Propose tailored investment solutions aligned with the Bank's objectives.- Analyze the financial situation of clients, advise them on investments, and assist them with their needs regarding financing, taxation, and retirement planning.- Represent the Bank at regional events and enhance its visibility.- Collaborate with various internal segments to provide a comprehensive approach.What you bring:- Minimum of 10 years of confirmed experience in wealth management for HNWI in Switzerland.- Excellent knowledge of the Lausanne region and local banking network.- Strong commercial acumen and a client-oriented approach.- Autonomous, proactive, and possessing a real spirit of initiative.- Good command of French, with good knowledge of English, and capable of working in a friendly environment.Our values are our pillars.
